You will be the main contact for some Huge National Key Accounts advising on bespoke products and improvements to engineered services this company additionally provide - this is an very challenging customer account management role. This role is managing existing client key accounts throughout the UK and maximising on business through excellent delivery of customer service and service account management. The position involves managing complex customer accounts - producing pricing and production quotations, liasing with productio for lead times, first point of contact with customers until production, seeing though all account issues to resolution for the customer, liaising with suppliers, negotiating and invoicing customers regarding their accounts, following up quotations and securing the business of your clients.
