Recognised as delivering the highest expertise, service and consultative solutions to their clients, they are a business operating at the top of their sector and and enjoy the trust and respect of their extensive client base. As a result of market growth, they are recruiting a Business Development Manager to specifically work with end user customers, understanding their culture and objectives and helping them to create an environment that reflects this whilst being practical, sustainable and deliverable. This is a consultative role where the customer will require your guidance and insight. Whilst full product training is provided, you will require to have extensive Rewards and Employee Benefits knowledge and be a self-starting sales professional, who works autonomously, as your preferred way of operating.
