It’s a completely personal service from start to finish, and all at a fair fixed fee from £999 As the 8th largest Estate Agent In UK, we are looking to expand our successful and award winning operation and are currently seeking a driven and self motivated Post Sales Adviser for a brand new role based our award winning customer Contact Centre In Hinckley, Leicestershire. Core duties will include identifying and maximising every opportunity through outbound dialing whilst providing the utmost in customer service on every contact. You will be making a high volume of calls to our customers to discuss their current position within their home moving journey, Identifying opportunities to upsell our legal and financial services as well as assisting them with all aspects of the post-sale transaction. Main Duties and Responsibilities Outbound dialling and effectively cross selling our range of additional ancillary services such as mortgage advice, conveyancing support and Yopa bundles Building rapport with our customers to better understand their needs Handling objection's from customers around our services Effectively communicate across all levels of the organisation, including senior management Promptly responding to email contact, handling queries from our clients around the use of our YopaHub, seeing all tasks through to completion and In a timely manner Assisting our customer's already moving through the post-sales journey and guiding our customers through the process to completion.
