Job Title: Account Manager (NHS) Location of Role: Milton Keynes Salary Range: £35,000-45,000 DOE (OTE Uncapped) Benefits: • 25 Days annual leave (plus bank holidays) • Discretionary KPI bonus • Personal Training Budget of £1,000 per annum (in addition to other training opportunities provided) • National Rail Card • Perkbox membership • Monthly Health & Wellbeing allowance • Multiple social and charity events each year Job Description: The Account Manager (AM) is a key member of my Clients growing team and plays a fundamental role in the successful delivery of our products and services to our customers and consequently the success and profitability of the Business. Responsibilities: Relationship and Account Management: Ownership of a portfolio of customers, including all NHS customers across the UK (largely Midlands/North) Responsible for building and maintaining excellent customers’ relationships with senior stakeholders Management of account strategies and plans to deliver client objectives Interpretation and manipulation of management information Oversight and ownership of client SLAs and KPIs, involving understanding operational delivery to a good level Ensuring an excellent level of customer satisfaction and experience Revenue Management & Expansion: Responsible for management and delivery of revenues within existing customers in the NHS division Work with the Business Development team to ensure contract maximisation and extension with existing customers Experience / Skills: • Excellent communication skills • Highly motivated and target-focused • Strong ability to multi task and prioritise • Excellent presentation skills • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Strong problem solving and organisation skills • Experience in client transformation add/or solutions-based delivery • Experience in business development and/or Account Management with evidence of a high success track record • (Desirable) Experience of working within health and social care and/or public services Contact Please either call or send your CV to Guy Hancox at HancoxRead Recruitment to express your interest today
