Job Purpose Responsible for supporting the Screenbeam Product set across Exertis UK. Support the Solutions commercial team and all sales teams. Delivering against set budget requirements for Screenbeam across all BUs. Supporting effective skills and demonstrating a high level of knowledge on Screenbeam Solutions. Key Responsibilities Demonstrating Specialist Product Knowledge on Screenbeam Completing the required training to be qualified and knowledgeable on the product range. Build strong relationships with the Exertis Sales Teams plus Screenbeam teams across both channel, reseller and end user. Completing the required bid support, bid processes and Oracle/SAP system management. Support on all Quote enquiries from Internal teams and External customers. Support the Head of AV Solutions on all required business reporting. Working with the Business Management team, identify and drive volume of fast-moving SKUs via the monthly promotions ensuring that the sales floor is fully briefed and engaged. Work closely with the Head of AV Solutions to agree and deliver objectives and KPIs in line with Screenbeam'ss strategy and growth ambitions. Successfully introduce new products to the appropriate sales teams within Exertis' locations. Implement Spiff days/floor walks where appropriate and ad-hoc training requirements. Execute and achieve targets in an intense, fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. Business development by identifying cross and up-selling opportunity within key channels and customer portfolios. Develop in partnership with Screenbam innovative bundle and attach promotions to drive incremental sales across key categories with a focus/bias towards the collaboration category which is growing. Work with both Head of AV Solutions & Screenbeam to develop quarterly plans to drive incremental sales and engagement. Offer a first class service to all internal customers in all territories across the business. Demonstrate strong awareness of and commitment to Ethics and Compliance and the Group Business Conduct Guidelines.
