Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Recruitment Consultant South West London Do you want to work as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant ? Interested in earning over £35,000 in your first year? We're a fast paced, international specialist recruitment consultancy with offices in London, Berlin, New York and San Francisco. Over the last two years we've gone from a team of 70 to a team of 180 and we've got no plans on stopping that We cover recruitment in the UK, Germany, France, the Nordic, Spain, Malta, Gibraltar and the entire United States. Your role as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Recruitment is a two-way sales role, where you will be building relationships with both candidates and clients alike. You will initially be liaising with candidates and clients in order to build your network within the industry. You will be advertising externally on behalf of your clients in order to attract new candidates. There will be set KPI's you will be expected to meet, which you will receive full support for. Training for the Trainee Recruitment Consultant: Your first 2 years as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include in depth training into sourcing CVs, speaking with candidates, learning how to submit candidates for roles and becoming a specialist in the market. Although you'll be dedicated to training on the core elements of the job for the first three months, you will receive intensive recruitment focused training throughout your first two years at Harnham on our wider training programme.
