Graduate Recruitment Consultant – Investment Banking - London The Company: This is an opportunity to work for one of the market leaders in the investment banking Headhunting world. The firm focuses almost exclusively in placing Mid – Senior level Candidates, specialising in placing MD’s. Currently in their 5th year, the firm already have offices in three world-wide locations (London, Frankfurt & New York) with plans to open a further two offices in the next 18 months. Having experienced a record Breaking 2016, the firm are now looking to expand their already hugely successful team in their City of London head office. The role of a Trainee Recruitment Consultant : This is an opportunity for a graduate to join one of the highest billing teams in London and to learn from a management team with over 40 years’ experience within the sector. As such you will be trained in the entire recruitment process involving not only candidate generation & Headhunting but also helping to build their already impressive client list. You will receive one–on-one training from Director level consultants as well as external performance coaches. Candidates must have a university degree of at least a 2:2 and display excellent communication skills. The ability to handle a fast paced and professional environment is necessary.
