A multidisciplinary team work together to develop personalised, recovery focused programmes within the hospitals care pathways. By adopting an enabling approach and social care model, the team can support service users to achieve and maintain optimum functioning and place high emphasis on maximising their quality of life and prevent re-admission to acute services. As a Registered Nurse, you will become part of our friendly multi-disciplinary team. You will be responsible for the delivery of outstanding care to our patients. Three Valleys Hospital consists of three wards; Oldfield Ward for male mental health rehabilitation and Ingrow Ward for female mental health rehabilitation. In addition, Oakworth ward our specialist dementia service which has been designed to care for male patients who occasionally have a challenging presentation requiring a compassionate, dementia friendly approach. W e provide a specialist environment to give outstanding care across all 3 services and our staff teams develop transferrable skills to support both mental health rehabilitation and dementia care.
