Please note only current nuh employees can apply for this role We are looking for a radiographer to oversee our Radiography preceptorship programme in order to support graduate radiographers (preceptees) and our experienced staff (preceptors) across plain film, CT, IR and MRI. We are expecting a good intake of new graduates in 2020, and we need to properly support the newly qualified staff and embed them into the department. There will be an expectation for the candidate to work with other modalities to support them with their Preceptorship Programmes, therefore, the post could suit a radiographer from any modality. The successful candidate for this post will work closely with the Radiographer Practice Development Leads and the Modality Managers to ensure a co-ordinated and consistent approach to training, education and support - this will include apprenticeships across radiology. The role will require cross site working, and occasional travel to external events/organisations. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to develop their management and organisational skills.
