Having recently received another round of investment, this rapidly growing Fintech start-up are now looking to hire multiple driven graduates The Role: FinTech Business Development Executive - Graduate Role Salary: Base: £24000 OTE: £35000 Location: London - Paddington Start Date: ASAP What they do: Having been founded in 2017 this rapidly growing Fintech start-up has established themselves as leaders in their specific niche of the market. Their innovative FinTech platform has streamlined how businesses of all sizes in the process of making R&D claims. They have managed to successfully steal business away from traditional financial consultancies as their platform is more time efficient, reliable and financially visible. Due to this rapid growth and having recently received another round of investment, they are now looking to multiple driven and hardworking graduates to join their London based business development team Benefits of the FinTech Business Development Executive role: Competitive base salary of £24000 which rises with every promotion. Opportunity for multiple promotions in your first year Hit your sales targets and you are guaranteed to take home £35000 in your first year, massive earning potential for a graduate role Due to an uncapped commission scheme it's possible to exceed your £35000 OTE if you work hard enough, this means huge earning potential Fantastic London offices located next to Paddington train station Company have an emphasis on organic growth, this means they are looking to hire at the graduate level with the aim for you to eventually have a senior position in the company Amazing performance incentives for hitting your targets, the team have previously been taken to NYC, Dubai and Berlin Free gym membership and yoga classes What you will be doing: As a business development executive you will be responsible for setting up quality business meetings for the senior sales team to attend. This will be achieved through networking proactively with key decision makers in businesses ranging from start-ups to FTSE100s to talk them through the benefits of this FinTech platform. After your first promotion you will be leading these business meetings. If the potential client invests you will see a percentage of the fee go straight onto your pay check in the form of commission.
