As an experienced individual you will be responsible for the business development of the department and bringing in business. You are expected to work cohesively with a small team to ensure the effective running of the department. the successful individual will be confident and competent in dealing with all residential conveyancing matters and able to hit the ground running. THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will be competent in all areas of residential conveyancing and confident in their abilities to bring in new business to the frim. You must be motivated, driven with the ability to interpret complex information and provide robust advice to clients. You will be open to a challenge and eager to hit the ground running in order to build a caseload. You will possess the highest level of personal integrity alongside an active and dynamic approach to work and ‘getting things done'.
