Graduate Property Negotiator- City of London – Immediate Start Location: London, City of Salary: £22,000 Commission. 1st year OTE £35k Sector: Property, Real Estate, Property Negotiations The Company: Working for one of the UK's market leading estate agencies, you will benefit from structured training and progression opportunities as this company grows from strength to strength. Hard work is expected, but you will be rewarded with unrivalled earnings, holidays and a car scheme The Role This is not a job for the faint hearted As a trainee property sales or lettings negotiator you will work in a fast-paced, hectic and demanding environment dealing with a variety of different people. You will receive intensive training and then quickly progress to a full 360 role, which includes: Meeting and greeting new clients to build relationships and understanding need Working with landlords and vendors selling or letting their properties Showing properties via multiple viewings Chasing solicitors and contracts Rewards: In addition to a basic salary of £18,000 and a highly competitive commission structure the company also offers regular incentives such as: Lunch Clubs Season ticket loan Gym membership Pension scheme Company car scheme Team holidays Candidate Requirements: As a Graduate Trainee Sales or Lettings Negotiator you must be extremely driven by success and motivated by money and recognition.
