Overview

We’re looking for someone who is successful, comfortable, but restless. Chances are you are working in a large/successful sales operation. You know that you could stay in your job for many years, and potentially make lots of money. You’ve been shown some impressive things, earned your sales scars, and know your route on the corporate ladder. But You have energy you are not using. You want to have an influence. You want to build something and be a part of shaping something, beyond the level that you could achieve in your current, comfortable role. If you want to do more than just make money, if you back yourself to be more than just a high performing salesperson, and if you want to have an influence beyond revenue, then we want to talk to you. We know leaping from comfortable and steady to a disruptive tech company comes with risks. These are the questions that our team has asked us before joining. Last year saw us seek a series A fundraise. We achieved 4X what we were looking for. We gained a partnership with Experian. We have just moved into our own central London office that has a long-term lease. We’ve received multiple awards, and our sales team make their own very healthy commission. We’re different. We’re using tech to seriously mess with a traditionally manual part of the automotive sector. We’re ambitious, and strongly backed, whilst still being masters of what we do. Consultative selling skills & experience. 2. The ability to demonstrate sales success (from both complex account growth and from scratch accounts). 3. The ability to give examples of working on large, complex sales deals. 4. Experience in selling Big Data, AI and or SaaS products, and the insights derived from these approaches. 5. Driven and motivated behaviors. 6. The ability to think quickly on the spot- you’ll need significant mental agility It would be nice for you to have: 1. Evidence of sales training (things such as SPIN, Miller Heiman, VBS, etc.). 2. A genuine passion for the automotive / mobility sector. 3. Engineering, legal or economics degree or evidence of personal development in a logic-based, negotiating or debating sector.
