Huntress are looking for Trainee Recruitment Consultants to work within the lucrative industry of technology during our exciting period of growth in our London based Head Office. All you need is an interest in the market and a motivation to earn money. The Day to Day of the role… No two days are the same, from working with candidates sourced through job sites and LinkedIn, to approaching clients through cold calling and networking. Day to day, you will be building relationships with professionals in the industry predominantly over the phone, as well as conducting face to face interviews with candidate and attending client meetings. The Desired Applicant… Individuals interested in any aspect of tech, with personable, driven and outgoing personalities. Preferably at least a years' worth of experience within a Sales or a Target-Orientated environment. Individuals willing to demonstrate resilience in challenging situations, who are not afraid to pick up the phone and build relationships with new clients/ candidates. Someone who enjoys a friendly, competitive environment whilst working well within a team of sociable, like- minded individuals. Working for Huntress… This year marks the 20th anniversary of Huntress. Over the years, we have grown from specialising originally in Office Support to eventually branching out into IT, Accounting and Finance and more recently, 3 Niche brands (within Cyber Security, Legal and Not for Profit). With 12 offices located around the UK, we are now looking to grow our headcount and expand our specialised teams- all in time to celebrate our 20th Anniversary later this year with the whole company in Ireland We offer an Uncapped Commission structure with no initial threshold, allowing you to earn from the moment you start billing. With commission at an initial flat rate of 10%, your earnings in year 1 equate to an average of £30K, eventually leading to year 3 earnings of £70K once you have built your desk within Huntress Recognition for your work is embedded into the Huntress culture; our INCENTIVES crown multiple winners each quarter, sending them off to lunch at the Shard, trips to Amsterdam and team days out.
