Business Development Manager About TFS Healthcare TFS Healthcare is a market leading healthcare Recruitment agency that places Nurses and healthcare professionals into the NHS and Private hospitals throughout the UK. Having achieved year on year growth- 2020 is set to be just as exciting As the organisation continues to grow, we have identified the need to recruit an additional Business Development Manager to focus within a key area of our business, Nursing Division. The Role The focus of this role will be to take complete ownership of the growth of our Nursing Division. Reporting into the Business Development Director, we are looking for an energetic and passionate individual who has the experience and ability to help us position our brand in the strongest way possible in the market. In short, we are seeking a pro-active individual who has a proven track record of success and can demonstrate innovation as well as results. Main Responsibilities Identify strategic accounts within an allotted geographical area which have significant GM opportunity for TFS Healthcare Schedule and attend new business meetings with identified clients Create and deliver effective new business presentations Attend regular review meetings (along with Recruitment Consultant) with existing clients Identify and propose monthly targets and KPI's to manager and once agreed, meet these Manage the bid qualification process for new opportunities Maintain and build excellent relationships with clients to enhance the reputation of TFS Healthcare Brief internal delivery teams and provide effective on-boarding of new business Candidate requirements We are a dynamic, results driven organisation and as such are looking for likeminded individuals who are passionate about recruitment and the earning opportunity it offers Experience in Business Development within the Healthcare sector Full clean UK driving licence Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work well under pressure to tight deadlines Good team player and able to work autonomously What can TFS Healthcare offer you We pride ourselves on taking care of our staff, rewarding them with great incentives and salary/commission packages and offer an incredible working environment with huge scope for career progression.
