We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to join a successful manufacturer and installer of high-end commercial bathrooms and washrooms a for a wide range of clients. The company is based in Farringdon, London and are one of the most well respected and professional companies in their field having built a reputation based on honesty and quality. With an existing team of x3 other Project Managers, the team are responsible for projects from sales handover to Project Completion, centered around management of the client, the programme and the budget. The company have an excellent pipeline of work for commercial properties, mainly focused in London, and require an experienced project manager who can uphold their core values while delivering a first rate project and client experience. Key Responsibilities * To understand project scope requirements and lead-times * Issue clear surveys for each stage of the project * Programme Management to identify any risk * Co-ordinate procurement of key packages * Manage all scope changes, variations and additional costs * Carry out regular site visits and surveys, reporting any issues * Agree logistics, distribution and delivery procedures into London Requirements To be considered for this role you are required to: * Be an experienced Project Manager with a background in Construction * Have previous experience working with a sub contractor company * Experience working on interior fit out projects for kitchens / bathrooms is desirable * Joinery experience or working within a joinery subcontractor is desirable (not essential) * Be comfortable managing multiple projects up to 1.5M and teams of subcontractors * Are able to travel independently around London and up to the manufacturing site in the Midlands * CSCS card essential * SSSTS OR SMSTS (one or both essential) Benefits * Salary- 60,000 (with a rise to 65k after probation) * Lunch and lunch allowance provided * 22 days holiday + 8 days B/H
