Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, this role is not aggressive cold calls. You will be networking and talking to high profile candidates placing them in respectable law firms. This Job is more comparable to an account management or campaign management role. You will learn the basics of the industry and in no time, become an expert in market mapping. You will be arranging interviews, meeting clients and candidates. You will have the opportunity to quickly progress within the company. They look for: You will be a graduate leaving University with a 2:1 or higher. High A levels A’s, A’s and B’s. Any extra languages (German, Arabic) are a plus, but not a must You will be a driven and focused individual, ambitious and hungry for success.
