They are looking to appoint an experienced Recruitment Consultant to their Central London team. Skills needed: 2 years experience recruiting in Construction, Engineering, Property or a related industry Creative candidate attraction strategies Strong negotiation and influencing skills Genuine desire to know your market inside and out Commercial awareness You MUST offer an honest & ethical service Beyond the technical experience you should have a sense of humour, strong work ethic, confidence and be socially dynamic.
