Overview
Senior Project Manager Central London - Project Management & Construction Consultancy The Role: Ideally looking for a bit of a generalist, someone who's happy to get involved in a variety of sectors instead of being pigeonholed. Current focus on hotels, residential and commercial schemes currently ranging in value from £5m to £100m. The Client: Environment: Innovative, modern philosophy for working with transparent career progression. Six of their 12 Directors have progressed from Assistant Project Managers through the company - which they're hugely proud of. Eight Offices: Central London, Leeds, Manchester, Cambridge, Birmingham, Germany & Abu Dhabi Head Count: 150 - Project Managers of various levels Services: Project and Programme Management, Design Management, Planning and Programming, and Workplace and Facilities Current Sectors: Hotels / Residential / Commercial Requirements for the Senior Project Manager: Ideally Previous Project Involvement in:Hotels Residential Commercial Qualifications, Skills and Experience for the Senior Project Manager: 4-5 years' experience (minimum) Ideally from Architectural, Engineering or Quantity Surveying background, with real world experience of the mechanisms of project delivery MRICS or MCIOB qualification Benefits for the Senior Project Manager: £32,000 - £38,000 basic salary (Negotiable dependent on experience) Flexible Hours - 10am-4pm core hours / 4 days a week with one day working from home Bi-annual pay reviews Bonus RICS Accreditation fully supported financially If you're interested, please get in touch with Guy Dugdale - 0203 854 2963
