Residential Build to Rent & Mixed-Use Development Opportunity - London & UK wide This is a fantastic opportunity to join a development team within a thriving BTR and Mixed-Use Developer & Operator not to mention an excellent opportunity for growth within an organisation based in Central London. We are looking for an ambitious Project Manager who has at least 5 years' experience and the following skill set: Relevant degree in Construction, Architecture or Engineering Proven project delivery experience Ability to project manage multiple projects while maintaining quality Problem solving skills Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel & Microsoft Project Excellent written, verbal communication and inter-personal skills A positive attitude and a team player Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously With the above skill sets, the Project Manager will be responsible for: Overall project management on a variety of build to rent, residential projects Managing project delivery throughout including post completion processes and defect rectification Defining project budgets and programme for initial approvals Managing project budgets, tracking and controlling project expenditure to ensure projects are completed on or under approved budgets Managing project legals including appointments, warranties, main contracts, disputes and litigation Procuring development works including main contracts, enabling works and major packages Procuring minor finishing works and specialist trades Clearly representing the client communications to the project team and ensuring strong communications are established and maintained Coordinating due diligence information collation for portfolio and or property disposals Assisting the Acquisitions team in carrying out due diligence Preparing project progress reports for funders and investors Supporting the Operations and Asset management teams Effectively collating and issuing all relevant project information to the team Schedule meetings and coordinate with attendees Update calendar for Project Management and Development activities Prepare agendas for project meetings and take minutes if required Change order management Quality control Reporting to the Senior Project Manager and or Development Director on the progress and performance of projects.
