Overview

My client is an international organisation. Who offer bespoke recruitment strategies which aim to propel our clients ahead of their competition, cementing their roles as industry leaders. Working across borders with companies on a global scale that have needs to recruit from senior management to c-level. My client are a truly global organization, with 50% of our work taking place outside of the U.K. Key sectors Logistics and Supply Chain Mining and Minerals Construction and Civil Engineering Life Sciences and Biotechnology My client typically works with candidates from senior management to board level with base salaries no lower than £80k. The Role: £22k - £25k base salary uncapped commissions My client are always looking to add to our team with ambitious, energetic and high-calibre Graduates. They run several Graduate Schemes throughout the year that provide group training alongside individual, 1-1 training. In addition to an extensive classroom-based training programme, you will be learning on the job, shadowing Consultants, Managers & Directors to learn the exact skills required to make you a top performer. Responsibilities: Meeting with clients virtually and person to determine the specific needs of their business Headhunting executive individuals for 'hard to fill' positions Travelling both nationally and internationally to meet clients and candidates. Advising clients on the market and hiring strategy Interviewing and networking with high level executive candidates. Significant support will be provided by the Managing Partners of the business. Just to mention a few You will be afforded the opportunity for substantial international travel. Given they are a global firm, you are expected to meet your clients face to face wherever possible. This year our consultants have travelled to Charlotte, Dallas, West Africa, New York, Cannes, Paris & Dubai on business.
