We have recently received significant investment and backing to fuel our growth, from this we have already witnessed high scale success, and give this right back to our employees It is not unrealistic or overly ambitious to aim towards earning more than £45 - £50K within your first couple of years here, and we are interested in hearing from experienced graduates, recruiters or experienced sales people who are hungry to earn plenty of money and want to create a fast-track career for themselves in recruitment at the same time. What does a Recruitment Consultant do? Builds relationships with candidates and grows professional networks Selling and negotiating on multiple levels Head-hunting and candidate sourcing Business Development with existing and new clients Negotiates business contracts with prospective clients Manages the entire recruitment process on both the client and candidate side What are we looking for?
