Fantastic opportunity for experienced Partner Relations Manager to join this award winning international ecommerce company with over 10 years proven success in their field, you will have the responsibility to lead a team to deliver excellent commercial outcomes for a large and growing base of medium to small size clients. The Partner Relations Manger will lead a team of five Account Managers and Partner Executives, ensuring that partners provide customers with an excellent experience and drive partner business volume through identifying new product opportunities, cross sell and upsell as well as defining and delivering the KPIs. Day to day duties: Manage a high performing team to deliver best in class service to our partners Build and maintain strong relations with our partners to ensure a high degree of partner satisfaction Meet/exceed KPI targets both for engagement, new product development, commission/margin enhancement and customer satisfaction Motivate your team to reach their KPIs, identify and remedy skills gaps and support each team member to improve results Use the available systems (call recording etc) to deliver sales coaching to your team to maximise their success Directly account manage a pool of clients in a specific category , showing leadership by delivering exceptional service and fantastic commercial outcomes Work with the Partner Management Operations team to ensure delivery of the required CRM activity Requirements:- A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in an Sales / Account management role managing a team Proven commercial experience in a similar role for an Ecommerce based business / transactional website, ideally from at least one of these sectors (Hospitality, Theatre, Leisure, Activities, Days Out, Travel or similar) Have a logical, analytical approach to numbers, can quickly identify insights and their resulting actions necessary to make a difference Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with clear deadlines and targets for you and team Your strength as a leader is highly correlated to your communication skills (verbal and written) with your teams and the wider business Good working knowledge of Salesforce
