Finance Business Partner - £60,000 - £65,000 Per Annum Benefits - Permanent - Watford I am currently working with a rapidly growing business services company seeking a Finance Business Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a newly created role within the business and the successful candidate will play a key role in the growth of the company including upcoming acquisitions. Finance Business Partner Key Responsibilities: Deliver budget / forecast process & board packs, coordinating the Group submission and providing commentary. Own the monthly board pack, budget and forecast pack schedules including insightful commentaries and KPI's, looking to continuously improve current pack content and processes through effectively influencing the key stakeholders. Fully business partner the department Directors (Opex, Capex & strategic initiatives) reviewing monthly costs & budget / forecast submissions. Manage investment appraisal process for relevant areas of responsibility. Provide analysis and clarity on key risks and opportunities. Coordinate the flow of information into the core FP&A function from all channels ensuring accuracy and relevance. Own and deliver on overheads across the Head Office teams. Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives. Drive material improvement in management information including the monthly reporting pack. Finance Business Partner Key Skills: Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA). Experience of similar level of role in Commercial Finance or FP&A position. Multi-site experience. Ability to work with large sets of data. Experience of using TM1 or similar or exposure to power BI would be beneficial. Highly proficient in Excel (Macro/Data Table level).
