My client are a start up recruitment firm looking for the first batch of employee’s. They specialise in placing middling, senior and executive level hires (generally £80,000 - £110,000 level) within the built environment (construction & civil engineering), across the United States & the UK. We have a track record of high performance, high level recruitment and are well connected with CEO & business owners with several £100 million - £billion construction companies. What will the role entail? · Researching potential candidates and finding innovative ways of tracking them down and contacting them · Developing and nurturing relationships with candidates by selling roles or opportunities we are managing and abstracting information such as their career aspirations and skill sets · Researching potential companies and industry trends to decipher potential companies to pitch our services · Conducting methodical and meticulous searches · Generating leads through internet sources, conversing with contacts and generally being 'on the pulse’ within your market specialism · Meeting clients and candidates to conduct recruitment related meetings and interviews and assessing each parties cultural and professional profile Who suits this opportunity: · An articulate speaker and diligent listener · Demonstrable experience of showing grit and determination · Highly driven individuals looking for an opportunity to grow quickly within a business · Individuals with an entrepreneurial spirit · Skilled in organising their time and working under pressure · Relish the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, start-up environment · Able to deal with invariable high levels of rejection and ride to waves of any sales environment · A graduate with a 2.1 Why my client?: · Be coached and nurtured by high performing business owners keen to pass on our knowledge and experience · Work within a high performing culture in lucrative recruitment markets · We don’t compete against other agencies - in 2019, 65% of our business was retained (payed by the client up front), with the rest of the work we completed exclusively assigned to MKH Search · Vast opportunity for career development and progression.
