Finance Graduate Scheme – Central London Our client is looking to hire a number of successful candidates into their graduate scheme. The role provides an opportunity for ambitious and hardworking graduates to begin a career in recruitment, working within one of the most competitive and successful sectors within the industry. Due to a current period of growth, the company are looking for successful applicants to begin immediately. The role being offered is to work within the company’s headquarters based in the heart of London’s financial district. The company’s client list includes FTSE 250 firms such as: IBM GSK AVI Global Trust British Gas Standard Chartered Assura Barclays Sky AJ Bell The successful candidate will: Be responsible for developing a clear idea of the entire recruitment process Be responsible for managing interviews for prospective candidates Meet existing and new clients in order to better understand their needs Be confident, Self-motivated and resilient Have prior sales experience AND/OR be degree educated (2:2 OR above) What you will receive: In addition to a basic salary ranging from 20-22k and a highly competitive uncapped commission structure, the company also offers regular incentives such as: Michelin Star lunch clubs Early finishes/Late starts Season ticket loan Gym memberships Company car scheme Team holidays to destinations such as Barcelona, Las Vegas & New York Successful applicants after the CV vetting stage will receive an unscheduled call from relevant account managers and consultants.
