Overview
The Role: What is the role? As National Account Manager you will maximise sales of mobile handsets and associated products and services to the B2B channel, providing end to end strategic account management to key partners. You will also focus on developing relationships with warm and cold clients, driving business development vital in maximising growth across a select account base, you will map and target accounts through pro-active calls, identifying their needs and providing a consultative sales service. Customer Service is at the forefront so providing an excellent service, developing key relationships will be a vital part of this role. This role will be 50% office based and 50% field/customer based. How will you do this? Pro-actively sell the full portfolio of mobile devices, associated products and services Manage existing account base Identify, target and sell into new accounts Take responsibility for the overall profitability and development of partnerships Develop and deliver regular account reviews and business development meeting plans Produce and report on meeting/review documentation Develop business pipeline for all partners Promote internal and external promotional marketing campaigns The Candidate: Is this the role for you? To be successful in this role you will have some of the following skills and experience and the desire to develop in other areas: Proven success in an Account Management role (IT, TELCO experience is a bonus) A proactive approach to account management Confident relationship builder via phone and face to face Forward planner and able to critically assess own performance Ability to adapt to changing situations with confidence and professionalism Strong communication and relationship building skills Thrives in high pressure, fast paced environments Positive attitude and work well with a team Good knowledge of Word, Excel and mail packages Ability to learn quickly and to have a methodical and logical approach Full UK licence
