Training Consultant - rapdily expanding software business

You'll be responsible for creating and providing great quality, cost effective training, development and consultancy services of the highest professional standard. Through these services, you'll add real value and make a demonstrable contribution to the achievement of the company's services strategy and support and drive improvements in the customers use of our products. Client Details A rapidly expanding and innovative software business. Description You'll work with the Training Team to develop the Training and Development strategy to support the delivery of outstanding services to the customer You'll be responsible for continuously reviewing the effectiveness of the current methods of training and development we provide for our customers. You'll be responsible for helping to drive and continuously modernise Causeway's training and development provision, reviewing new and diverse ways to wow our customers with the types and methods of training we deliver to them. You'll assist with analysing customer's business requirements and application objectives to ensure the successful delivery of training, You'll be fanatical about customer success and as a result provide exceptional training to our customers via various methods of delivery. You'll be responsible for creating your own course materials and other content required for you to deliver excellent and high-quality training to the customer. You'll be curious to receive feedback from your training sessions and be responsible for evaluating this and identifying ways to continuously improve on what we're doing. You'll continuously review the equipment used for training purposes, to ensure it's highly effective and provide suggestions for repairs or upgrades if relevant. You'll be responsible for keeping all administrative records up to date to ensure accuracy and efficiency in company processes. You'll be fanatical about knowledge and your own development, ensuring you have the best understanding of our products and the organisation. You'll be super keen to constantly continue improving on your knowledge of the product, becoming a master of it's intricates. You'll enjoy sharing this knowledge with customers, ensuring that customer queries can be dealt with as accurately, effectively and successfully. You'll be passionate about sharing your knowledge not only with our customers, but also your teammates and wider organisation. In addition to producing and carrying out effective training, you'll take a commercial approach towards training, continuously looking for opportunities to increase revenue for the Company. You'll take responsibility to carry out analysis and provide recommendations on how to increase the commercial element of training. You'll identify opportunities for creating additional training courses and ensure to communicate these appropriately throughout the business to make happen Profile Current knowledge of cutting edge and leading training and development practices and methodologies An HND or CIPD certification relevant to training, or the equivalent. Demonstrable experience in a similar role, including the effective delivery of high-quality training. Proficiency with MS Office Suite Basic understanding or experience in one or more of the following areas would be desirable, although not essential: o Knowledge of Workforce Management or payroll software o Experience with Cloud and Mobile Hardware training.
