Recruitment Consultant, Swansea, full training provided We are now recruiting for talented individuals to become market-leading recruitment consultants across a number of specialisms within the Swansea office. Driving licence required. Your new role As a Recruitment Consultant within the Swansea office, you will essentially be the middle person in between candidates and clients. You will manage your own business within a wider team, approaching the best talent and representing them in the market place. In addition to speaking with talented professionals about their working requirements you'll also be responsible for generating business through sales calls and face to face meetings with prospective employers to discuss the skill sets they're looking to add to their team. To help provide the upmost quality of service to our customers, we meet all applicants to assess both their hard and soft skill sets to make the most appropriate match for their situation. What you'll need to succeed There's not one typical person that makes a good Recruitment Consultant, we've got people from all kinds of backgrounds. However, to be considered for this role in particular you will need: A full UK driving licence and be willing to work from the Hays Cardiff office 1-2 times a week Experience within a fast-paced sales environment is highly desirable but not essential A University degree An ambitious nature and be highly driven and determined to succeed A high level of resilience and persistence A professional manner with excellent communication skills What you'll get in return Uncapped commission paid x13 times per year – 1st year OTE £25-30K 23 days’ holiday plus bank holidays and the opportunity to buy and sell up to 5 days (holiday allowance increases with years of service).
