We have 10 inspiring showrooms, a successful commercial arm, and an impressive production facility in Wales. The Role We are currently looking for a Sales Consultant for our impressive Fulham Rd showroom. Sales Consultants are at the heart of what we do. Key custodians of our brand and reputation, they guide retail and trade clients through the buying process from first contact to aftersales queries. As well as dealing with clients face to face in the showroom, on the phone and in writing, duties include preparing quotations, invoicing, arranging surveys and delivery, processing orders and aftersales customer care. Consultants also work with showroom managers on local marketing initiatives, sales development and showroom presentation. Working Hours are 5 days per week, Tuesday - Saturday 10am - 6pm The Right Candidate To be successful in this role you will need to be confident, articulate and organised with good written and verbal communication skills. You will need to be numerate, well presented and committed to delivering excellent levels of customer service. Confident use of a computer and good keyboard skills are also essential. Previous sales experience, particularly in a showroom environment would be an advantage, as would experience in bathroom, tile or kitchen sales but this is not essential. Full product and process training will be given.
