Head of Education Finance - £30K neg basic £50-60K OTE - Woodford Green A pivotal role has become available at Education Support Professionals and we need YOU Recruiting some of the countries best School Business Leaders and SBM’s will be your focus, and growing a crucial desk to the operation of ESP means you will become a vital and influential team member We can’t exactly promise fame, fortune and riches beyond your wildest dreams, but we can provide an industry niche which is growing in importance. We really need someone that is a natural networker, is organised, has emotional intelligence and able to communicate with highly skilled professional staff in SLT positions. We also need someone that is driven by success, can negotiate and can take recruitment process’ to successful closure in a crowded market As well as promoting our recruitment service you will be able to extend our own developed candidate pool via direct communication, as well as indirect marketing campaigns and attending/sponsoring/running industry events. It might be that you have extensive experience in 360 recruitment or account management, or that you have run successful temp desks and want the next stage in your career. Alternatively, you may have an SBM or SBL background but wish to diversify and take back some of your life Education support professionals is a small niche recruitment business, with 10 years behind us and strong industry branding in certain areas especially School Business Finance.
