Then a career in Recruitment could be for you Your new role As the new Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be joining the busy Office Support desk. This is a great opportunity to take the reins and run this as you would your own business Your main role is to manage the end to end recruitment process as well as winning new clients and nurturing existing relationships. You will also be contacting candidates - building professional relationships and market knowledge, advertising current roles, networking with market specialists, using our market leading database to keep in touch with candidates and clients, attending client and candidate meetings and consistently hitting KPI’s and targets.
