Overview

Job title: Sales Executive Location: Birmingham Hours: 9am - 5pm Monday - Friday Salary: up to £25,000 per annum plus commission and use of a company car, phone and laptop Thomas Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Executive to join a well - established logistics company with focus on aerospace, defence & engineering based in Birmingham, postcode B37. Tasks: Actively working to create new appointments through a multi-touch sales strategy (calling, emailing, social media, letter writing, networking, etc) Actively working to expand your business network (either on social media or in person at networking events) Working within your territory to understand who the key players are, what makes it tick and how to generate more appointments as a result Developing profiles of prospective customers to make our sales approaches count Responding to quotes. Attending in-house training events Managing all activity in our CRM system Team Inspirational, collaborative team member. Organises own work effectively. Adapts quickly and confidently to changing priorities. Prioritises commercial activity. Works with the Marketing department to innovate and grow new business. Prepared to contribute to team activities and is mindful of importance of team target as well as individual minimum requirement. Attends and enthusiastically contributes to team meetings.
