With solid backing, this hot tech start-up is now looking to further build-out their sales function through hiring a Graduate Sales Executive. As an internally based Graduate Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will: Engage with prospects to identify/create needs, qualify opportunities and build relationships Deliver outbound sales calls Follow-up on warm leads, qualifying prospects Take ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation through to Appointment setting Achieve and constantly exceed agreed sales goals The ideal Graduate Sales Executive will have: A recent degree and a strong desire to break into technology sales Knowledge of and an interest in the technology sector A well presented, charismatic and passionate demeanour A team player mentality A strong list of extracurricular activities (sports, societies etc.) The ability to follow process First-class communication skills The successful Graduate Sales Executive can expect: A starting base salary circa 23-25k First-year achievable OTE of 33.35k Rapid career growth Generous benefits Certus Graduate Recruitment is a specialist provider of graduate and early career recruitment solutions across the UK and Europe.
