Trainee R&D Sales Executive £35,000 - £40,000 London Get Recruited are working with one of the UK's fastest growing financial consultancies on an exciting opportunity for a Trainee R&D Sales Executive. Aa a Trainee R&D Sales Executive you will be joining a vibrant business that oversees innovative businesses in the UK to continue to grow and thrive. Our client wants to maximise business owners' ability to keep pushing boundaries and reinvesting in the futures of their businesses. THE ROLE As a Trainee R&D Sales Executive your role will entail bringing in new business for the company and generating new leads Engaging and signing up prospect clients, before handing them over to the Consulting team Attending Sales Meetings, and confidently pitching the process to clients Getting involved with Research and Confidently leading R&D Discussions and workshops with repeat clients Providing a clear and consultative approach to the defection of R&D tax purposes Being actively involved in Researching client's eligibility for R&D tax credits Working alongside accountants to get financial information Demonstrating that you have an eye for risks in claims and advise accordingly Presenting on client sites and representing the brand Overseeing Account Management and maintaining relationships with key Clients YOU One year experience in Sales environment - Account Management, Recruitment, or Sales Environment Experience in Research and Development / Working with accountants and tax firms will be beneficial not essential The capabilities to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges An interest in your own personal development The flexibility to take on change, shifting tasks and priorities when circumstances dictate (hint: this happens a lot in a fast-paced consultancy) The will to make a marked impact on the UK innovation landscape BENEFIT Generous Salary Package with regular Salary reviews Get some well-deserved rest with our generous 25-days a year, excluding bank holidays allowance Whole Company Offsites Office-wide closure, three times a year An onboarding budget to ensure you've got your perfect work set-up A personal development budget A generous pension scheme Health insurance which includes health, optical and dental care Regular company socials Flexible Working Hours / Work From Home Get Recruited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
