Overview
Due to expansion, my clients are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Property Sales Consultant to join their team in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for the right individual to be an integral part of a growing company and a successful, fast-paced team. The role is the first point of contact for my clients customers. The role includes: Calling incoming leads Qualifying vendors to ensure you can help Booking appointments for qualified vendors to see/speak with valuers Managing a portfolio of leads Following up on appointments to secure business Requirements: A proven track record in hitting/ exceeding targets within a fast paced environment Confident and personable on the telephone Hungry, tenacious and highly self-motivated Experience overcoming objections and comfortably handle difficult conversations Experience within Property is not essential within this role as full training will be provided. Hours Monday - Friday Saturdays when required Salary £18,000 Basic OTE £45,000 within the first year Due to high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application as unsuccessful.
