Overview
My client is a market leading Wealth Management organisation who are experiencing a period of tremendous growth. Due to their ongoing success and exciting plans for the future they have an opportunity for a talented individual to join their Contact Centre team. The role will involve contacting existing clients and arranging appointments for Advisers to meet with them to review their portfolios. Requirements Experience and skills required: Excellent communication skills Be confident, professional and effective on the phone Experience making a high number of outbound calls and meeting & exceeding targets Ability and experience selling and using influencing skills Resilient, self- motivated and resourceful Have an understanding of any part of the financial services sector (e.g. insurance, banking, mortgages, payments on finance etc.) Will have good keyboard skills and experience on any dialing/telephone system Benefits 22 Days holiday Pension Scheme Health Benefit Scheme Employee Referral Bonus scheme
