Quantity Surveyor

Our Client: Well established multi-disciplinary firm of property consultants with offices in the South East and South West. Projects: Retail, Industrial, Education, Healthcare, Local Authority, Commercial, Housing, Sports and Leisure. Company Headcount: 40 - 50 Requirements of the Quantity Surveyor: Have a minimum of two years industry experience. Working for a private practice of Chartered Surveyors and be client facing. You will be undertaking both pre-and post-contract duties on a range of projects ranging in value from £100k to £50m. Our current portfolio of projects includes a varied and interesting client base. A knowledge of Party Wall Surveying duties would also be an advantage. We provide an excellent structured training programme for those undertaking their APC training.
