This is a newly-created opportunity for a Land Manager to join an opportunity-led SME developer in North London. Client Details This is an exciting opportunity with a privately owned SME developer in North London. They have a strong track record in the last 5 years delivering residential, affordable, and commercial sites. They have 30 current projects and are continuing to look to acquire more opportunities. Description As the Land Manager you will work closely with the owners of the business to identify, appraise, and acquire opportunities across the UK but with a focus on London. There is also the scope to work on disposals as well. With broad parameters (with/without planning, conditional/unconditional) you will be able to work on an opportunity-led basis. Profile As a strong applicant for this Land Manager role you will demonstrate a strong track record of acquisitions (ideally residential or commercial) in a developer-side role. You will be comfortable sourcing opportunities and leading appraisals, a clear track record of managing through to exchange is highly advantageous. Job Offer The offer to the successful candidate will be between £55,000-£65,000 depending on experience benefits including bonus, pension, and travel expenses.
