Overview
MRICS Chartered Residential Surveyors and Registered Valuers opportunities in Kent, East London, Reading, Oxford and Exeter. Residential Surveyors providing a full range of residential surveys, valuations and other professional services, including Homebuyer Surveys, Building Surveys, Seller Surveys and Specific Defects Reports. You will be given your own region to carry out residential surveys and produce high quality reports and valuations. Requirements: MRICS Chartered Surveyor Residential valuation experience VRS Registered You must be thoroughly familiar with existing mortgage valuation and homebuyer type survey work, ideally over 2 years of experience in a similar role. Salary and benefits include: flexible working hours, homebased, 23 days annual leave increasing with service, car allowance, generous commission levels and admin support.
