Renewals Executive - Chartered Broker

We are now recruiting a fantastic role for our client who are a specialist Independent Chartered Insurance Broker for small to medium sized businesses. Where creating long lasting relationships with their clients is of paramount importance. They are looking for an experienced Renewals Executive to join their Commercial team based in Maidstone. You will be responsible for renewing your own book of business each month. Dealing with approximately 20 clients; this will be both client facing and telephone based. There will also be a strong focus on expanding the existing book also. The successful candidate will possess 3-5 years Commercial Insurance experience and also have a proven record of consistently hitting targets. Important that the individual is highly client focused and have a systematic approach to work. A competitive basic salary is on offer which is dependent on experience and there will also be an excellent bonus structure available too which will include full sponsorship towards CII Studies
