Due to expansion within the business, our client are keen to recruit a Senior Negotiator to join the team. Role Meeting and greeting customers. Building up relationships with clients and maintaining them. Booking and conducting viewings. Negotiating tenancies. Keep updated with properties on the system. Communicating with clients in a professional manner. Candidate Previous estate agency experience is essential. Full UK Driving Licence. Possesses excellent communication skills with the desire to succeed. Target focused. Package Earning potential c£30,000. Excellent progression/training opportunities.
