Overview

Do you have previous outbound sales experience and understand the importance of quality calls, getting to know a clients needs and have proven success in a new business development role? If so, we want to hear from you… Duties will include: 85% of the role will be managing customers via the telephone. Duties and Responsibilities Speak to and build rapport with new and existing clients Discuss and send proposals to new and existing clients Close and secure proposals with new clients Ensure clients have been credit checked and signed their booking confirmation Maintain and manage CRM system Achieve daily call times targets The person: Previous, proven sales experience is essential for this role - we would like to know about current or previous targets, KPI's and of course your achievements Our client are open to industry background but an excellent telephone manner and skills in rapport building are essential This is not just a lead generation role, we are looking for applicants who want to get to know a customer and help build their account, expand their usage and understand their requirements Further information: Full time, permanent position, Free parking 28 days holiday which increases with service After 1 years service an additional day of annual leave is given for your birthday Gym membership discounts available Cycle to work scheme Contributory pension (up to 9.5%) Commission paid based on meeting and exceeding monthly target (revenue based) Christmas shutdown £competative Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
