Regional Operations Manager

Salary up to £45,000 OTE £60,000 Company car Fantastic opportunity for a Regional Operations Manager to join our market leading client and support the business at a senior level. The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for providing leadership across sites in Yorkshire and Derbyshire, assisting and motivating staff to continuously deliver strong results. Reporting to the Commercial Director, the Regional Operations Manager will have accountability for the delivery of budgets, driving sales activity and developing management within each branch. Regional Operations Manager Key Responsibilities: Act as a senior point of contact for branches across Yorkshire and Derbyshire Undertaking key projects in line with business needs Monitor and enhance branch performance through ongoing coaching, training and development Develop a strong understanding of customers, understanding their personal requirements and always aiming to exceed their expectations Demonstrate a sound commercial acumen in order to help maximise sales and revenue within your territory Analyse local markets and trends in order to stay ahead of competition Develop clear action plans to accomplish specific, measurable goals within agreed timeframes Building strong relationships with branches within your remit, influencing and advising stakeholders at all levels Leading a multi-branch strategy in line with ambitious group wide growth Key Skills and Experience: Demonstrate a consultative approach to business and development, always leading by example Strong analytical skills, financially numerate and proficient at using Excel Comprehensive understanding of PL accounts Flexibility to working around challenges and within budgets Experience of managing teams across multi-site businesses / remotely (preferable) Proven people management and leadership skills If you are looking to join a successful and well-established business as their Regional Operations Manager, please apply today with an up to date CV.
