To meet expectations, they now have an exciting opening for an Account Executive / Business Development Manager to join their Central London based team. As an experienced, client-facing, Business Development Manager, you will: Work in a new business capacity, researching, mapping and targeting the top 500 accountancy firms in the UK Retain all won accounts Liaise and meet with prospects and customers across a large territory Typically target Partner level within firms Manage varied sales cycles and fluctuating order values of 30-140k Work with an internal sales team to generate qualified leads The ideal sales candidate will: Be educated to degree level (Russell Group preferred) Possess a minimum of 5 years client-facing, corporate sales experience gained selling technology or financial services Fully understand the Partner model within professional services Be results-driven with ability to sell and project a positive and professional attitude Be able to effectively communicate with internal and external clients through all available mediums Have a proven ability to negotiate contractual terms to close sales Be a self-starter, commercially minded, have a proven record of sales success and demonstrate gravitas The successful candidate can expect a generous base salary of 65-75k with an uncapped 130-150k OTE plus an additional benefits package, numerous incentives and discounts, pension, medical and dental.
