Sales Development Representative Location: Holborn, London Salary: Basic salary of £25,000 with OTE of £25,000 Sector: eCommerce Firmly cemented as an industry-leading eCommerce optimisation platform, the business we are representing are an innovative and highly regarded software enterprise that deliver a range of catered solutions to their established client bases across the globe. With the company now growing at a pace that demands attention, and with an increasingly high number of distinguished clients to their name that include JD Sports, Argos and SimplyBe, they are looking to recruit proactive and ambitious graduates to join their team as Sales Development Representatives. Sales Development Representative Package: - A competitive basic salary of £25K - Y1 OTE of £35K - Full training provided - Financial Incentives/bonus scheme - Company holidays - Direct exposure to a broad range of reputable figures situated across multiple sectors Sales Development Representative Role: - Take ownership of net new lead capture, data management and qualification activities, including sales handover and reporting - Work with, and report to the Director of Sales who will oversee your progress - Engage in the creation of relevant marketing content based campaigns that will generate interest in the business’ core products - Continually evaluate the effectiveness of the business’ marketing campaigns and processes and identify possible areas of improvement - Through careful and considered conversations with prospects, accurately profile candidates and identify opportunities to both convert and reengage cold leads and old prospects respectively - Evaluate, set-up and test the effectiveness of new channels to market. Candidate should be: - Passionate about ecommerce/retail - Driven and adaptable - Energetic and resilient in a fast-paced work environment - Educated to degree level - Possess exceptional communication skills - Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed.
