Senior Account Manager Mash Staffing We are Mash, a staffing agency. Which means we're all about people. There's the 35 of us working together at our head office in London Bridge. Plus the 4,000 Mashers on our staff database. And of course our client partners like Samsung, Nike, Peloton, Lavazza, BMW, ghd and Waitrose. Awesome people working together to create positive brand experiences for consumers. And the good news is we need more people. We are looking for an experienced, engaging and super organised Senior Account Manager to join our promotional staffing team at head office. You will report into a Senior Account Director and support them in delivering brilliant staffing campaigns for our agency and brand clients. Here's an overview of what's involved: * Build strong relationships with your clients, to help campaigns run smoothly, and to identify and develop future opportunities. * Interpret new briefs, calculate budgets and draft response proposals. * Plan campaigns against a timeline from staff recruitment and training to logistical elements and reporting. * Work with your team to make sure the right staff are booked for campaigns. * Manage a team and support them in their specific roles. * Demonstrate a commercial approach to account planning, and take responsibility for all financial aspects of the account. * Spend time on-site to help direct the staff and gain insight for the client. * Work with other internal teams including Talent, HR, Finance and New Business to ensure successful campaigns. * Create reports, status updates, contact reports etc. within agreed time frames.
