Office Agent - London City - £50,000 - £60,000 bonus/bens We are working with a niche player in the office market in the City of London who are looking to strengthen their presence. The role provides an exciting opportunity to join this growing department within the company, where you will have the opportunity to be involved in major projects with the team from day one. The ideal candidate will have some office agency experience, be highly organized, well presented, professional, and be hungry to succeed in a fast-paced environment. You will be:- Advising clients in marketing the leasehold interest of office properties Dealing with several mixed-use instructions with multiple units to let as well as one off office and light industrial units Dealing with Landlord Instructions Building a stock list of office and light industrial leasing instructions Providing high quality advice to clients on the office elements of predominantly mixed-use developments For the right individual there are real growth prospects and potential for equity participation in the medium term based on results.
