Well established, reputable, Private Property and Construction Consultancy looking to grow by taking on a Graduate Employers Agent who has completed a Degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management or any other Construction related qualification. What is an Employers Agent I hear you ask? Under a design and build Contract an Employer's Agent (EA) is appointed by the Client to represent them and their interests pre and post Contract. In short, as an Employers Agent (EA) you will get the opportunity to actually gain invaluable experience from the inception through to completion of a project; liaising with all parties involved. Due to the nature of what an Employers Agent undertakes, it is desirable that you possess strong communication as well as presentation skills and the ability to work towards demanding timescales. In return our client can reward you will a competive remuneration package as well as full APC support towards getting Chartered / MRICS Accredited.
