BUSINESS SURVEYING DEVELOPMENT MANAGER C £20,000/£25,000 car allowance plus Bonus. Midlands to NW England Bradford Manchester Leeds Corridor We are a diverse Construction Survey Group working within a fast paced and dynamic environment , with a growing turnover in excess of £7 million. Supporting and reporting to the Directors, your brief will be to not only achieve revenue goals but to break them. With you previous surveying knowlege or experience, you will focus on creating new business opportunity's and building on existing good customer relationships. Excellent problem solving and analytical skills will therefore be crucial for detecting new sales opportunities. It also goes without saying, that effective communications and critical decision making are key to the role. Working with the directors, the target is to maintain and improve on the existing client relationships,while achieving revenue goals by cross selling additional survey services to them. establishing new clients within their wider networks and obtaining cross introductions to comparable industry contacts. Organising your own diary, you will notionally based in one of our Northern Offices nearest to you, but will working mainly remotely from home, in order to efficiently manage client meetings. PC literate you will be writing reports and reviewing business processes, whilst dealing with staff and senior Directors.
